From: Rebecca Mullins Subject: Outstanding Customer Service Message Body: I have just recently moved to Little Rock and I had a personal/business trip that I would need to park for one week. I was running late and was a little flustered when the shuttle driver Stan stopped to pick me up from my vehicle. He was very polite and helpful, he loaded my bags and off we went to the airport. As I was checking my bag I realized that I was missing my keys. I called dispatch and Felicia answered the phone she was very professional and said that she would have the shuttle driver go back to my vehicle to see if they could find my keys. I boarded my plane and headed off to Atlanta, there was no way that I could miss my flight. I was frantic and apologized for being a little crazy but Felicia was amazing at keeping me calm. She said that she would have Stan look again later after they were not busy and that she would keep trying. When I arrived to Atlanta I called again and she said that they were very busy and that they still had not found them. She assured me they would try everything. I arrived at my final destination approximately after midnight and when I turned my phone on there was a message stating that Stan had done one final check that night before the end of his shift and they had found my keys!!! Both employees Stan and Felicia deserve to be recognized for outstanding customer service and willing to go the extra mile for a frantic customer even in the middle of the night.
